Fighting is a physical sport. In order to gain advantage over an opponent, a fighter should have well-conditioned body and enough muscular strength. Thus, over the years, different methods are formulated to help achieve these requirements.
There are few fighters who may have taken their fitness regimen to the next level. Impressively, the changes in their muscle mass are quite impressive for critics to doubt whether they were gained naturally or by using illegal drugs.
Here is my list of people in the fight business who upsized their bodies at no time to the surprise of many.

#3 John Cena
If you’ve watched Cena’s debut in WWE (Then World Wrestling Federation) in 2001, you won’t believe how he progressed from a typical “Gym Guy” to the monster that he is right now.

Although, he is already a decent muscular wrestler before, the bulk of his muscles right now is way too different from before.
When I first watched this guy on television, I hadn’t thought that he is the type of wrestler to compete with the likes of Brock Lesnar.

#2 Manny Pacquiao
The Filipino boxing hero started his career as a light flyweight (108 pounds) climbing up to light middleweight (147 - 154 pounds). In a span of 15 years, 40-plus pounds of additional muscle mass is pretty much impressive.

Pacquiao denies use of illegal substance, citing his past cleared drug tests as evidence. Nonetheless, claims of steroid use and non-committal in Olympic style drug testing have been a big roadblock to possibly the greatest matchup in boxing history, Pacquiao vs. Floyd Mayweather.

#1 Alistair Overeem
In the beginning of his MMA fighting career at Light Heavyweight, Overeem was feared by many for his superb kickboxing skills. Right now, opponents panic instantly at the time they see this six foot four behemoth inside the ring.

Overeem has had trouble with failed drug tests during his tenure in the UFC. His scheduled fight with the then Heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos was cancelled when his drug test revealed that he has a 14-to-1 testosterone-to-epitestosterone (T/E) ratio, way off with the allowed 6-to-1 ratio by the commission.
